# Planstatus im Dateinamen

Durch folgende Kürzel im Dateinamen lassen sich die "Planstatus/<span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #444444;">Prüfergebnisse (PE)"</span> beim Upload durch das System auslesen:

(angefügt durch einen "\_" Unterstrich, z.B. PlanA\_PE-P für den Upload eines Plans "geprüft aus Sicht des PI freigegeben")

# Projektexport über EasyXS

Es können über EASY XS Projektstammdaten in ELBA importiert werden. Eine komplette Neuanlage von Berliner-Prüfprojekten aus ELBA ist somit nicht notwendig. Entsprechend müssen Stammdatenänderungen erst in EASY XS und über einen erneuten Projektexport zu ELBA erfolgen.

**Die Fachbereichskennung aus EASY XS, wird aus der in EASY XS erfassten Bewertung übernommen. Liegt keine vor, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-decoration: underline;">wird dieser Auftragsexport verworfen und findet nicht statt</span></span>.**
